Terms of service
The rules for accounts, payments and orders on OxBoost. Last updated September 7, 2026.
Using OxBoost
You must provide accurate order information and use OxBoost only for accounts and content you are allowed to promote. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal content or activity that violates another platform’s rules.
Orders
Review the service description, quantity, target link and price before confirming. Once an order starts, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. Delivery times are estimates and can vary.
Refills and cancellations
Refills and cancellations are available only when the selected service says they are supported. A refill period does not guarantee permanent results after that period ends.
Wallet and payments
Wallet funds are credited after Fapshi confirms a successful payment. Keep your payment reference until the credit appears. Wallet balances are used for OxBoost orders and are not cash accounts.
Refunds
If an order cannot be submitted or the provider confirms a refundable failure, the eligible amount may be returned to your OxBoost wallet. Completed orders, normal delivery changes and services marked without refill are generally not refundable.
Availability
Services, prices and limits can change when providers update their catalog. We may pause a service to protect customers or maintain the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for activity completed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your OxBoost account. We may suspend an account when necessary to investigate misuse, fraud or a security risk.
Targets and public content
The profile, post, page or channel submitted with an order must remain accessible for the time required to deliver the service. A private, deleted, renamed or incorrect target can delay or prevent delivery and may not qualify for a refund when the provider has already started processing it.
Prices and exchange rates
The price shown in the order preview is the price used when you confirm that order. Future prices may change because provider costs or exchange rates change. A price change does not alter an order that has already been confirmed.
Delivery and results
Start times, average times and completion estimates are guidance rather than guarantees. Social platforms and providers can affect delivery speed and retention. OxBoost does not promise permanent followers, views or engagement unless the selected service clearly includes a refill period.
Problems and disputes
Contact us as soon as you notice an incorrect payment, duplicate charge or order problem. Include the relevant payment or order reference so we can investigate. Do not place a replacement order on the same target while an earlier order is still processing unless the service instructions allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when OxBoost features, provider rules or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Changes apply to future use of the platform and do not remove rights that already apply to a completed payment.
