What we collect
We receive your name, email address, and profile image when you sign in with Google. We also store marketplace purchases, wallet activity, payment references, support messages, and security logs needed to run your account.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, process payments, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve OxBoost. We do not sell your personal information.
Services we work with
Google handles sign-in and Fapshi processes wallet payments. We share only the information each provider needs to do its job.
Storage and security
Private website and account delivery details are encrypted before storage and shown only to the customer who purchased them. Authorized administrators can replace unsold delivery details but cannot read the saved password.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your personal information. Some payment and transaction records may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.
Cookies and devices
OxBoost uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember language and theme, and protect your session. Basic device and network information may be used to detect abuse and investigate errors.
Payments
We do not store your mobile money PIN or Google password. Fapshi receives the payment information needed to complete a wallet top-up.
Changes
We may update this policy when the marketplace, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
